Notice of schedule of meetings of the Board of Education of Van Buren Public Schools to be held during the fiscal year commencing January 2012 and ending December 2012.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF VAN BUREN PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF BELLEVILLE, MICHIGAN.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Education of Van Buren Public Schools, 555 W. Columbia Avenue, Belleville, Michigan, 697-9123 ext. 1010, will hold regular meetings at the following dates, times, and places during 2012 commencing January 2012 and ending December 2012.

We will not hold a Regular Board Meeting on May 28, 2012, Memorial Day        

 Proposed minutes of each of the meetings listed above will be available for public inspection during regular business hours, at the Superintendent's Office in the Administration Building, 555 W. Columbia Avenue, Belleville, Michigan not more than eight business days after the date of said meeting, and approved minutes of each meeting will be available for public inspection during regular business hours, at the same location, not more than five business days after the meeting at which the minutes are approved.  Copies of the minutes shall also be available at the reasonable estimated cost for printing or copying.

This notice is given in compliance with Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of Michigan, 1976.
